Etiquette & Policies

We recommend arriving at least 10–15 minutes early to check in, set up, and settle into the space.
Please wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows free movement. Bare feet are required in the studio.
We ask that all phones be silenced and kept away during practice to maintain a calm, focused environment for everyone.
Cancellations should be made at least 4 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeited session.
