Do you provide the yoga equipment?

Yes, we provide clean yoga mats, blocks, straps, and other props for every session. You’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Absolutely. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our classes are designed to be inclusive and adaptable for all levels.

Do I need to book in advance?

Can I use my phone inside the studio?

We ask that all phones be silenced and kept away during practice to maintain a calm, focused environment for everyone.

What is your cancellation and no-show policy?

Cancellations should be made at least 4 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeited session.
